Studios LLC, doing business as “Cosmos Cam”, and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, trade dress, trade secret, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

1. Permitted Use
You may access and view this Site solely for your own personal, non-commercial use.
Except as expressly authorized in writing, you may not:
• Copy, reproduce, download, screenshot, photograph, record, publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any Content from this Site.
• Create derivative works based upon any Cosmos Cam artwork, designs, concepts, mockups, visual materials, or proprietary design systems.
• Use any Content for training, testing, or developing artificial intelligence, machine learning models, image generators, large language models, datasets, or similar technologies.
• Mint, tokenize, fractionalize, or otherwise create blockchain-based assets derived from Cosmos Cam artwork or concepts.
• Register copyrights, trademarks, domain names, NFTs, patents, trade dress, or other intellectual property incorporating Cosmos Cam materials.
• Remove, obscure, or alter copyright notices, signatures, watermarks, metadata, or other proprietary information.
Unauthorized use constitutes copyright infringement and may result in civil and criminal penalties where permitted by law.
2. Concept Designs & Client Presentations
All preliminary concepts, sketches, proposals, presentations, mockups, digital renderings, design studies, visualizations, specifications, custom project materials, and creative development work remain the exclusive intellectual property of Cosmos Cam unless expressly transferred through a signed written agreement.
Submission of concepts to prospective or existing clients does not grant any ownership, license, reproduction rights, manufacturing rights, installation rights, or permission to fabricate, reproduce, adapt, or otherwise use those concepts.
3. Design Extraction & Reverse Engineering
The analysis, tracing, reconstruction, reverse engineering, imitation, recreation, or commercial replication of Cosmos Cam artwork, layouts, color systems, design concepts, compositions, mockups, or proprietary visual language is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.
This restriction applies whether such reproduction is performed manually, digitally, through artificial intelligence, or by any other method.
4. No Transfer of Intellectual Property
The purchase of physical artwork, prints, vehicle wrap designs, digital artwork, NFTs, commissioned work, licensed products, or other deliverables transfers only those rights expressly granted in a signed written agreement.
Unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing:
• Copyright remains exclusively with C.E.G. Studios LLC.
• All reproduction rights remain reserved.
• All licensing rights remain reserved.
• All derivative rights remain reserved.
• Commercial use is prohibited.
• Manufacturing rights are not transferred.
• Installation rights are not transferred.
• Public display for commercial, promotional, advertising, architectural, hospitality, editorial, or media purposes requires a separate written license.
5. Unauthorized Manufacturing & Production
No person or entity may manufacture, fabricate, print, install, reproduce, distribute, or commercially produce any Cosmos Cam design, whether in whole or in part, without an executed written licensing agreement from C.E.G. Studios LLC.
This restriction applies to, but is not limited to:
• Vehicle wraps
• Architectural applications
• Marine applications
• Aviation applications
• Textile production
• Wallpaper
• Interior finishes
• Signage
• Consumer products
• Digital merchandise
6. Digital Products, NFTs & Licensing
Digital products, downloadable files, licensing packages, NFTs, blockchain-enabled assets, and other digital offerings are licensed, not sold.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, licenses are limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and valid only for the specific permitted use identified at the time of purchase.
Resale, redistribution, sublicensing, commercial exploitation, tokenization, AI training, or creation of derivative digital assets is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.
7. Copyright Registration
Many works displayed on this Site are registered with the United States Copyright Office, and additional works may be pending registration.
Willful infringement may subject violators to statutory damages of up to $150,000 per infringed work, together with attorney fees, court costs, injunctive relief, and any other remedies available under applicable law, including 17 U.S.C. §§ 504–505.
8. Reservation of Rights
All rights not expressly granted in writing are expressly reserved by C.E.G. Studios LLC.
Nothing contained on this Site shall be interpreted as granting, by implication, estoppel, custom, or otherwise, any ownership interest, license, permission, or other right under any copyright, trademark, trade dress, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property owned by C.E.G. Studios LLC or Cosmos Cam.
9. Proprietary Rights
In addition to copyright protection, certain concepts, design systems, visual identities, branding elements, trade dress, proprietary workflows, manufacturing methods, and other intellectual property associated with Cosmos Cam may be protected under applicable copyright, trademark, trade dress, trade secret, patent, unfair competition, and other intellectual property laws.
Nothing contained on this Site shall be interpreted as granting any ownership interest, license, or other rights except as expressly provided in a signed written agreement.
10. DMCA Takedown Policy
C.E.G. Studios LLC complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”).
To report alleged copyright infringement, submit a written notice containing all information required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) to:

11. Enforcement
Cosmos Cam actively monitors and protects its intellectual property.
Unauthorized use may result in one or more of the following, without prior notice:
• DMCA takedown requests
• Cease-and-desist demands
• Revocation of licenses
• Injunctive relief
• Recovery of actual damages
• Recovery of statutory damages
• Attorney fees
• Court costs
• Any additional remedies available under applicable law.
12. Portfolio Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in a signed written agreement, Cosmos Cam reserves the right to photograph, document, display, publish, and promote completed commissioned projects for portfolio, editorial, educational, exhibition, marketing, and promotional purposes.
Client confidential information will not be intentionally disclosed except as authorized or required by law.
13. No Waiver
Failure by C.E.G. Studios LLC to enforce any provision of this Copyright & Licensing Policy shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of any other rights available under applicable law.
14. Survival
The provisions relating to intellectual property ownership, licensing, restrictions on use, enforcement, limitations, and remedies shall survive termination of any agreement, license, commission, or business relationship.
