Cosmos Cam (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “the Brand”), a creative brand operated by C.E.G. Studios LLC, operates this website (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Your access to and continued use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and any future modifications.
We reserve the right to revise, update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of these Terms or the Site at any time without prior notice except where notice is required by applicable law. Updated Terms become effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
2. Intellectual Property
All artwork, vehicle wrap designs, architectural concepts, digital renderings, mockups, photographs, videos, text, graphics, logos, layouts, illustrations, animations, digital compositions, NFTs, blockchain-enabled assets, software, downloadable materials, and all other content displayed on this Site are owned by or licensed to C.E.G. Studios LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, trade dress, and other intellectual property laws.
No ownership rights are transferred by accessing this Site.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license solely to view the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Without our prior written consent, you may not:
• Copy, reproduce, screenshot, photograph, record, download, archive, or distribute any Site content.
• Modify, edit, manipulate, or create derivative works.
• Use any artwork, mockup, design, or concept for commercial or personal projects.
• Train, fine-tune, or develop artificial intelligence, machine learning, or similar systems using any Site content.
• Scrape, harvest, mine, index, or extract Site data using automated or manual methods.
• Remove copyright notices or proprietary markings.
• Register trademarks, copyrights, NFTs, domain names, or other intellectual property that incorporates or resembles Cosmos Cam materials.
Unauthorized use constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal action.
3. Custom Design Concepts
Any preliminary concepts, mockups, proposals, renderings, presentations, sketches, design studies, or creative ideas shared before execution remain the exclusive intellectual property of Cosmos Cam unless expressly transferred through a written agreement.
Payment for design services does not transfer ownership of underlying intellectual property unless specifically stated in writing.
4. Licensing
Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, the purchase of artwork, prints, wraps, digital files, NFTs, or commissioned work does not transfer copyright ownership.
Only the specific usage rights granted in writing are transferred.
All other rights are reserved.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
• Use the Site for unlawful purposes.
• Violate the intellectual property rights of Cosmos Cam or third parties.
• Interfere with the security, operation, or availability of the Site.
• Introduce malware, viruses, bots, or malicious code.
• Attempt unauthorized access to any portion of the Site.
• Impersonate another individual or organization.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, crawl, or systematically collect Site information.
• Circumvent technological protection measures.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate access for any violation.
6. Purchases, Pricing, and Refunds
Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
All artwork, prints, commissioned projects, custom surface designs, licensing agreements, vehicle wraps, digital products, and consultation services are subject to availability.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in writing:
• All sales are final.
• Deposits for commissioned work are non-refundable.
• Production deposits become non-refundable once work begins.
• Digital products are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
• Licensing fees are non-refundable once rights have been granted.
• Buyers are responsible for reviewing dimensions, specifications, compatibility, materials, and finishes before purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion.
Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes regarding valid transactions may result in legal action and recovery of all associated costs, collection fees, attorney fees, and damages permitted by law.
7. Vehicle Wraps, Surface Applications, and Installation
Cosmos Cam provides artwork and design services only unless otherwise stated in writing.
Installation quality, material performance, environmental conditions, substrate compatibility, maintenance, and long-term durability depend upon third-party manufacturers, installers, and environmental factors beyond our control.
We make no guarantee regarding installation outcomes performed by third parties.
8. Digital Collectibles
Where applicable, NFTs, blockchain assets, tokenized artwork, or digital collectibles are subject to their own smart contract terms, blockchain network rules, and applicable marketplace policies.
Ownership of a digital collectible does not automatically transfer copyright unless expressly stated in writing.
9. DMCA Notice
Cosmos Cam respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
If you believe your copyrighted material has been infringed, submit a DMCA notice including all legally required information to:

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all products, services, concepts, designs, and information are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or accuracy.
Actual colors may vary depending upon display devices, print materials, manufacturing processes, and environmental conditions.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cosmos Cam, C.E.G. Studios LLC, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or special damages.
Our maximum aggregate liability shall never exceed the total amount paid directly to us during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cosmos Cam, C.E.G. Studios LLC, and their owners, employees, contractors, licensors, affiliates, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and attorney fees arising from:
• Your use of the Site.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your infringement of intellectual property rights.
• Your misuse of any artwork or licensed materials.
This obligation survives termination.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively through confidential binding arbitration conducted in Honolulu, Hawaii under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You waive any right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or jury trials to the fullest extent permitted by law.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Hawaii, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any matter not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Honolulu, Hawaii.
15. Attorney Fees
The prevailing party in any legal proceeding arising from these Terms shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees, court costs, arbitration fees, and litigation expenses where permitted by applicable law.
16. Force Majeure
Cosmos Cam shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, labor disputes, governmental actions, cyberattacks, utility failures, supplier interruptions, transportation delays, or acts of God.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the complete agreement between you and Cosmos Cam regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior understandings relating to the Site.
If any provision is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Sections relating to intellectual property, licensing, indemnification, arbitration, limitation of liability, attorney fees, and dispute resolution survive termination.
